Shipping Within USA:
LuxAddiction.com offer FREE shipping to virtually any address in the United States. Usually orders will take 2-4 business days in transit.
Shipping Outside of USA:
Shipping to other destination outside of United States may incurred additional shipping charges.
LuxAddiction.com ships to most countries with USPS. Orders will take 7-10 business days in transit. Shipping charges are flat $27.00 (and up) US Dollars for all international orders. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your country if any.
Shipping Policy:
- For orders damaged during shipping- please review the “return and exchange" on this website. Or please email to claim@luxaddiction.com.
- Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS and should arrive accordingly to the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier. Please note that once order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. However, we will do our best to get your order to you promptly.
- We do not combine multiple orders or add-in an order that has already been placed. If you want to cancel your order please call our Customer Service specialists immediately within 24-hours of placing your order at (800)000-0000. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
- The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to LuxAddiction.com; therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. For more details, please review the “return and exchange” of this website.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Within 14 Days
You may return/exchange products within 14 days upon delivery. Products must be returned in original condition with ALL original parts packed in ALL original packages. A processing fee of 35% of product original price will be charged for all APPROVED return/exchange. Return shipping shall be provided by customer's own expenses. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For international exchange, there will additional $27.00 USD. Upon inspection of return item(s), any minor damages of item will incurred additional 10% of product original price. Major damages will be non-refundable and will return back to customer.
After 14 Days
NO claims of return/exchange will be accepted.
REPLACEMENT
Replacement can only be approved under these circumstances:
Damaged/Wrong Item:
- Please email to claim@luxaddiction.com and attach pictures as proof of damages. We will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Please indicate your name, contact number, order number, and quantity damaged/wrong item within the email.
- We will confirm your requested claim within 24-hour and will advise you through the claim. Upon acceptance of your approved claim, we will provide you with RMA number.
- Please allow us 2-3 business days for claim processing. Any claims reported after 14 days upon delivery will automatically be denied.
Missing Item:
- Please email to claim@luxaddiction.com or contact our office for assistance.
- If you email, please indicate your name, contact number, and order number within the email. Our customer service will contact you for further assistance.
CANCELLATION
Order can only be cancel without charges within 24-hours of order confirmation. Otherwise, if order is fulfilled, any cancellation is subject to a 35% cancellation fee based on the order total amount.
Ordering
Single Order:
You may select different variety of products from our website by clicking on “Add to Cart”. To complete the order, necessary information must be required. Please follow the instructions as you check out on your order.
Cut-Off Time
All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be process on Monday morning. This cut-off time does not mean orders are ready to be shipped.
Special Requests/Comments
Please note that you may add comments or special request to your order; just simply add it to the checkout section.
Discount Code
If you are provided with a discount code, please add it in the “Discount Codes” section of the checkout and click “Apply”. Discounts should appear near the total amount at checkout.
Large Quantity Order/OEM Order:
We do provide large quantity and OEM order to our customers. For large quantity order or OEM project, please provide us with detailed information via email at sales@luxaddiction.com. We will contact you ASAP regarding your request.
