YES! All luxaddiction cases are 100% CUSTOM HANDMADE BY OUR PRO ARTISTS WITH 5+ HOURS OF WORK on each case! NOT made by Home DIY Amateurs.

Is it easy to put the case on my phone/device?

Yes! Our cases snap On and Off easily, NO tools needed.

Will the crystals easily fall off?

All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made glue that will NOT easily fall off.

How long do I expect to receive my order?

Currently, the case making time is about 7-12 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). We ship out your order within 24 hours upon the production of your case is completed, and you will receive a tracking info email from us as soon as your case has been shipped. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to rush your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?

Your case will match 99% of the product image shown. In case of limitation on toys, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change.

May I make a special change to the design?

YES! special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to the design, please enter the details in the "message box" during the checkout process or send us a change request email along with your order #. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.

What do I get for my order?

2 cases (front and back) + Extra crystals will be included.

I requested & placed two orders for this cases for a Xmas gifts for my friends. I suppose to received it on Xmas eve but i ended up receiving it on the 27th instead. I just recieved my phone case today....ITS SO PRETTY! Nothing is falling off. I can tell that they took time to place every single little stone on the case. I thought that the case they use would just be a flimsy plastic, BUT ITS NOT! Its VERY sturdy and protective. It snaps onto my phone (iphone 4) VERY EASILY. I can hear it click on both sides. Well,well,well,this case is so gorgeous that,i mean im speechless.its like when you order it and they're making it you are kind of like,uugghhh maybe the jewels on this case will fall off or it wont be as pretty as it is on the picture or some of the jewels will be missing,but when you get the case you're like WOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!! but i have to say the price is too high!but like i was saying even if you drop the case or there are jewels missing when you get the case they will give you a lilttle sack of extra jewels but i know they wont be missing or they wont be falling off because they do such a great jod with there work!! I just recieved my case yesterday. I have a Blackberry 8530. It took 13 days to get to me, but it was def worth the wait. Every jewel on my case is properly attached on so it can not fall off! The case is so HOT!! At first i thought the price was a little pricey, but once i recieved it and saw how much work they put into the case and how good quality the case is, i def changed my perspective about the price. I think the price is very reasonable for the quality you are recieving! Whenever i get another phone i will def buy another case from Lux Addiction! I am giving you my honest opinion. i always get so many complements! and who doesnt love a complement?! i recived this about 6 weeks after ordering, which was longer than expected but i did consider the fact that it was during holiday season. i had about 5 gems fall off, within 2 month of receiving it but it did come with spares so it was no problem. but this thing is so gorgeous i'd buy it all over again! and once i get a new phone i will be buying my cases from here! i just got my luxaddiction case today and it is just amazing , it was definately better then what i expected and the service was really good. it took around 2 weeks to make and 10 days to get to me in the U.K and it was well worth the wait.... when i sent a email to them about my case it was answered the next and were very helpful with the advice that was given and were spot on with there delivery estimate. Don't hesistate to buy i say because you won't be disappointed and they are well worth every penny i spent on it and i dont see why people complaining about the price its not that bad, for the quality your getting.

I Love the deco. on this product however, I think the prices should be a little more reasonable. I mean afterall it is only a decorated cell phone CASE not an actual cell phone. Prices are a little much. Not only that but, I noticed that even for smaller phones...other than the I-Phone, the prices were still the same.
