Is your case handcrafted?
YES! All LuxAddiction cases are 100% Handcrafted. Each case is made with highest quality crystals & materials. Each precious crystal is attached to the case carefully by our professional artists with the fashion taste in mind.
Is it easy to put the case on my phone/device?
Yes! Our cases snap on & off easily.
Will the crystals easily fall off?
All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made glue that will NOT easily fall off.
How long do I expect to receive my order?
Currently, the case making time is about 7-12 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). We ship out your order within 1 business day upon the production of your case is completed, and you will receive a tracking info email from us as soon as your case has been shipped. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to rush your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?
Your case will match 99% of the product image shown. In case of limitation on toys, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change.
May I make a special change to the design?
YES! special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to the design, please enter the details in the "message box" during the checkout process or send us a change request email along with your order #. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.
What do I get for my order?

I recently purchased this case for my iPod Touch and I first saw this case on YouTube. I emailed them and told them I wanted the case to look similar to the one I saw. I was nervous because I was unsure of how mine would look because each one is custom made. I tell you...when I opened it up, it was amazing! It was so much better than I anticipated. Recently purchased and feeling somewhat amiss, IPrice Value Quality
Felt strongly about having my case exactly like the video identifying this style, 289. When I received this case I became a little nervous before opening the box. After opening I looked at the beautiful artwork. What an excellent form of craftmanship. I must state also that my casing is more beautiful than the video. I got my phone case 5 month ago and I waited a little bit to write a review because I want to be sure that the product is really good, not just only the first thoughts of it.Price Value Quality
I was a little sceptic if the stones come off or if it looks cheap, but when I got my case I was very surprised.So good quality and it looks really even better in person than on the pictures.Its very tight on the phone but also if you want to get it off of your phone, it snaps easy on and off.
So what I can say about my case, it is sooo beautiful and so good quality.Some people say "Oh 80 dollar for a case is a lot" but it isnt. You can buy a case at the Mall for 20 dollars but the stones will come off very soon.
I have mine now for 5 Month and a lot of people have handeled it, also my son (2 years) have handeled it a lot and just one stone came off, but you get some stones with your case, so you can fix it, thats no problem at all.
I love my case and other people love my case too.We dont have any similar cases in germany.
Its definitely a eyecatcher.

I just got around to write a review for this design after my holiday, I ordered it for iPod touch. I am very happy with the way it looks! People did good job and service is always very very good at luxaddiction.com! I ordered earlier 2 cases for my Nokia and am planing to come back and get some more for myself and for my mom!
