Is your case handcrafted?
YES! All LuxAddiction cases are 100% Handcrafted. Each case is made with highest quality crystals & materials. Each precious crystal is attached to the case carefully by our professional artists with the fashion taste in mind.
Is it easy to put the case on my phone/device?
Yes! Our cases snap on & off easily.
Will the crystals easily fall off?
All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made glue that will NOT easily fall off.
How long do I expect to receive my order?
Currently, the case making time is about 7-12 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). We ship out your order within 1 business day upon the production of your case is completed, and you will receive a tracking info email from us as soon as your case has been shipped. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to rush your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?
Your case will match 99% of the product image shown. In case of limitation on toys, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change.
May I make a special change to the design?
YES! special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to the design, please enter the details in the "message box" during the checkout process or send us a change request email along with your order #. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.
What do I get for my order?
2 cases (front and back) + Extra crystals will be included.

I think those photos of the case dont do the case any justice at all. Literally, these phone cases are amazing. I wish the customer servace was better but whatever as long as i got the case. I would buy and recomend LuxAddiction to anyone who asked where a good phone case store was. I absolutley love this case. I love my case! It's absolutely perfect and better than what I expected. It came with extra crystals just in case some fall off. The pictures DO NOT do the case justice. It's soo pretty, especially in the sun. It's going to be my fav accessory this summer. The only thing I did not like was the customer service. It felt like if the responses were 100% automated. It didn't feel like I was chatting with a real person at all! And calling is a waste of time, no one picks up. Other than that, I am completely happy and I will place another order soon!! I purchased this cover back in Feb and I got it a little over over a month but because the company is so busy I can understand why. I tell ya when I open the box I was like a kid in a candy store... I couldn't wait to see what it looked like.. I absolutely love it... I have it for a few days and I still can't take my eyes off of it.. I have orders for 3 other case and can't wait to see what they will look like. I have always said when I get my IPhone I would jewel it to the hilt and Lux was what I was looking for. Thank you so much for what you and your employee do.. You made a women of 46 be able to change her phone case out as I do my Jewerly... And match of all things...
