Is your case handcrafted?
YES! All LuxAddiction cases are 100% Handcrafted. Each case is made with highest quality crystals & materials. Each precious crystal is attached to the case carefully by our professional artists with the fashion taste in mind.
Is it easy to put the case on my phone/device?
Yes! Our cases snap on & off easily.
Will the crystals easily fall off?
All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made glue that will NOT easily fall off.
How long do I expect to receive my order?
Currently, the case making time is about 7-12 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). We ship out your order within 1 business day upon the production of your case is completed, and you will receive a tracking info email from us as soon as your case has been shipped. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to rush your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?
Your case will match 99% of the product image shown. In case of limitation on toys, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change.
May I make a special change to the design?
YES! special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to the design, please enter the details in the "message box" during the checkout process or send us a change request email along with your order #. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.
What do I get for my order?
2 cases (front and back) + Extra crystals will be included.

I just received it today. I love how it nicely wrapped & put in place. The case is awesome, very nice detailing not sloppy. It looked almost like the one in the picture! I love it! Its affordable & not highly expensive especially with the time & effort you guys put in. It's worth every penny! This is my second purchased & I'm very happy with it! I Just got my case today, 08/18/11. I ordered on 08/06/11 so the shipping was very fast. I made quite a few request to change some of the embelleshments. Half of them those request were not made, but over all I am very pleased with the quality and it's still beautiful compared to the case I ordered off of Aquacharms.com. I really can't complain. they did state changes are not gauranteed, but they do gaurantee you will recieve a beautiful case, which I did!!!!! Wish they had hello kitty cases again!Quality Price Value

I just received my case, and it is beautiful, however, I asked for the jewels to be removed from front but keep the bow, and they did just the opposite!! But it's fine, since it's still beautiful!
