Case is 100% handcrafted just for YOU! All crystals & decorations are added onto the case, one by one, by our artists, who use over 900+ crystals / decorations on this case. Please allow 7-12 business days for production.
[ MATERIALS ]
Each and every crystal & décor is handpicked by us with highest standard. We use mixed SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS (Austrian Crystals), high quality crystals, special made jewelries / decorations. All materials are strongly adhered to the case using our specialized glue, and will not easily fall off.
[ PROTECTION & DURABILITY ]
For maximum protection of your phone, we use premium quality hybrid hard clear case with shock absorb TPU bumper. The back panel of the case is made with acrylic, and TPU bumper offers raised beveled edge keeps your touch screen safe. Pronounced buttons are easy to feel and press, while large cutouts fit most cables, also compatible with any type of screen protector. (For a few rare phone models, we use premium hard clear case that may not have raised beveled edge)
[ SPECIAL REQUEST ]
Simple changes are accepted, and please leave your message in the "Note Box" seen during checkout.
You can change, replace, add/remove any of the decorations or colors used in the design.
Please provide simple/clear instructions & reference a style # for any decoration or color requested from a different design
Our designers only accept requests / changes within 24 hours of placing the order.

Hi! This afternoon, I received my phone case! It was delivered on a Sunday, but I got it safe and sound! It comes in a secure box plus a little bag of extra mini stones in case one or more fall off. You have to treat these stones like fine china so treat it with kid gloves and it should be just fine. I will turn off my screen and lay the phone face down when I go to sleep or just not using it in general. I have Shoe Goo and tweezers just in case! I opened my box and was just amazed how colorful and sparkly it is. I love the fact that I ordered this during the Northern Lights spectacle. It's that pretty. I admit I lost my cool a little bit but I was also on my way to the ER, but that's another crazy but true story. I was worried that Lux Addiction went out of business or something but they haven't. My advice to anyone who wants to order a phone case or is still waiting, be patient. These are handmade and take time unlike Temu or Amazon. They have some nice cases but they don't sell crystal phone cases and certainly not Aurora Borealis for $3-4! Some of these use more stones than others, so if you want less stones go see The Rolling Stones before their tour ends!🤔 Thank you Lux Addictioners for your patience with me and for sending me the perfect case!
