Shipping Within USA:
LuxAddiction.com offer FREE shipping to virtually any address in the United States. Usually orders will take 2-4 business days in transit.
Shipping Outside of USA:
Shipping to other destination outside of United States may require additional shipping charges.
LuxAddiction.com ships to most countries with USPS. Orders will take 7-10 business days in transit. Shipping charges are flat $15.50 (and up) US Dollars for all international orders. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your country if any.

- Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS and should arrive accordingly to the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier. Please note that once order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. However, we will do our best to get your order to you promptly.
- We do not combine multiple orders or add-in an order that has already been placed. If you want to cancel your order please call our Customer Service specialists immediately within 24-hours of placing your order at 1-888-678-0886. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been 24 hours of the order confirmation.
Within 30 Days
- Unhappy with your purchase? No worries, you may return/exchange unused product(s) within 30 days upon delivery. Please contact us & we will issue an RMA # to reference on the box for return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA# ON THE BOX & BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (INCLUDING ALL PARTS/PACKAGING). We will contact you as soon as your return is received & inspected.
- 100% Full refund will be given if Luxaddiction has made any mistake or product is defective on arrival. A processing fee of 35% of product original price will be deducted from refund for any other reason. Return shipping shall be provided by customer's own expenses. Additional shipping fees may apply for International Exchange.
After 30 Days
NO claims of return/exchange will be accepted. But we do offer 6 months warranty.
We offer 6 month warranty on all of our cases. Warranty includes Repair (Replace any missing/damaged crystals and decorations), at no extra cost to you. Customer pays the shipping to send product back to us, and LuxAddiction is responsible shipping the product back to customer. Please note we will only honor warranty for cases that are under normal usage. We will not provide any warranty service for cases that have been extremely abused.
We start working on cases within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Due to the nature of the product, order can only be cancelled without charges within 24-hours of order confirmation. Otherwise, if we already started working on your case, any cancellation is subject to a 35% cancellation fee based on the order total amount.
You may select different variety of products from our website by clicking on “Add to Cart”. To complete the order, necessary information must be required. Please follow the instructions as you check out on your order.
All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be process on Monday morning. This cut-off time does not mean orders are ready to be shipped.
Please note that you may add comments or special request to your order; just simply add it the "Note Box" in the checkout section. You may add your request to change any decors/accessories or even color theme of our original design. Since there is no extra cost for these requests, our designers can only try their best to fulfill it. Please provide simple and clear instructions of your special requests (Reference Style # of certain decoration desired).
Please note: Our designers only accept requests/changes within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you are provided with a discount code, please add it in the “Discount Codes” section of the checkout and click “Apply”. Discounts should appear near the total amount at checkout.
